I have used this outfit before and they always come on time and get the job done without any problems. They did some big work for me putting in an electric water heater along with shut offs and drainage in case of a leak. I was happy about how they solved the problem

Highly recommend! Very professional, communicative/transparent, and efficient. Anthony and his team at Providence installed a new water heater at our home after our previous, outdated system started sending error messages and led to a leak. Anthony was able to come out quickly to diagnose the issue, make a recommendation, and install a brand new system within a week (which only took a day of work). Anthony was patient in answering questions and being transparent about what was required vs. not necessary to do and explaining everything they were doing. Can't recommend them enough!

We were very impressed with Providence Water Heaters. When our conventional tank-type water heater failed after only seven years, we decided to replace it with a tankless system. Anthony and his team installed a Navien tankless water heater. I believe that they specialize in installation and maintenance of these systems. They did an expert job with the installation, replacing old water and gas lines so that the current configuration is much superior to our previous setup. They were knowledgeable, neat, punctual and courteous. Very easy to talk to. I highly recommend them.

Project – install a SanCO2 Water tank in a garage. The heat pump was installed outside about 30 feet from the tank. Copper vs Pex – Providence used copper piping. Working Area – About 6 feet of space was cleared in front of where the tank was installed in the garage. Providence kept, and left the working area clean. Price – I got three estimates for this install. Providence was priced competitively and not the highest. Install time - Providence took 1 day to complete this work. The longest install time from the candidate quotes was 1.5 days. Observations – The water heater is working as expected. This install included a recirculation pump that allows faster hot water availability than without one. The team used a superior mount for the exterior heat pump than what other companies use. Providence used rubber mounting blocks (eg. Hef-t-foot), not the usual mini split equipment pad. This guarantees the heat pump will stay a minimum of 3 inches off the ground, as per code. Conclusion – This was a professional install. I would use Providence again.
